Each 4 pp. on blue paper, folded as issued. 6¼x3½. Leaflet written by London giving instructions to guests visiting his home, describing local accomodations and transportation, directions on how to find the ranch, and describing the daily routine for themselves and for guests. Apparently 1,000 copies of the leaflet were printed. Three have additional type-written instructions along left side of page [1] with red pencil underlines, and pencil correction to one word in printed section (changing "Northwestern Pacific train" to "Southern Pacific train") - these were likely amended by Charmian. -BAL 11935. Lot Amendments Condition: A rare item; in fine condition. Item number: 208563
