Of graduates, George Owen Squire was appointed chief signal officer in 1917, overseeing all army communications and aviation in WWI; and is recognized for institutionalizing research in the army. Interspersed throughout the yearbook are scenic images of campus, group pictures of the upperclassmen, a picnic photograph of the cadets and their girls, and a photograph of a dorm room.
