Receiver is nicely engraved with scroll and vine engraving; locks feature a dog on each side with the remainder scroll and vine engraved. Locks are marked "Winchester Repeating, Arms Co., Match Gun." Condition: Very good condition with very good bores. The locks show traces of original case colors in protected areas and the barrels still show faint areas of Damascus pattern. The bores are very good with some light pitting, mostly near the chambers. The wood is very good with a sliver missing from each side of the forend at the receiver end, but is overall very good. This gun still has a lot of life left for the vintage shooter.
