Typed letter signed ("Wilbur and Orville Wright [per] O.W."), to the journalist Carl Dienstbach, Dayton, Ohio, 5 May 1905. one page, 4to, Wright Cycle Co. stationery, minor fold soil, a fine early letter regarding "the translation of your article in the March 'Aeronautische Mitteilungen'....We would take great pleasure in learning more of your address at Philadelphia....On account of business we will be late this year in taking up our out-of-door experiments [with the first "Flyer"] but if we succeed in accomplishing anything that would be of interest to you or the readers of your paper, we will be pleased to inform you...." --WRIGHT, ORVILLE. Typed letter signed in full to Lester D. Gardner, Dayton, 17 February l922, one page, oblong 4to, on Wright's stationery (probably the top half of a sheet), regarding an address by Griffith Brewer of the Aeronautical Society of Great Britain: "You need not let the presentation of Brewer's address in AVIATION worry you. Gardner, "Thursday, 8:00 p.m." [1920 or 1921?] n.p., 3 pages, 12mo, on stationery of the Pennsylvania rail system, "I am speeding westward on Pennsylvania no.29...I am happy to hear that you liked the article. It's English left a good deal to be desired but I believe it will provoke discussion. What you say about some phases of the aeronautical movement is fully appreciated. It appears to me that it is high time for some decency to be injected into it if not more. Your paper [the magazine Aviation ] will do a great deal in that direction..."; Typed letter signed ("Wm.
