All impressed ' 2572 Pte E. J. Smith 1/1 Herts. R. '. All housed in their original issue envelopes, with original ribbons (unused). Medals awarded posthumously and supplied with the original Record Office letter awarding the medals in 1921. Also supplied with Smith's original Princess Mary Christmas 1914 brass gift tin and field dressing, sent home during the war, which also retains the original postmark and address slip from the parcel. Consigned from the family.
