An early printing of the complete text of the Wyoming State Constitution, as proposed at the constitutional convention in Cheyenne in 1889. The constitution was ratified by the people on 5 November 1889, and Wyoming became the 44th state on 10 July 1890. It was the first state constitution to explicitly grant women the right to vote.
