ZIENKOWICZ, Léon. Les Costumes de la Peuple Polonais . Paris: la Librairie Polonaise, 1841. 4° (291 x 231mm). 39 hand-coloured plates after J. Lewicki and A. Wittmann, lithographed by Simon fils, Strassburg. 2 lithographic leaves of music. (Some marginal soiling of plates, light browning to about 5 plates, text lightly-spotted.) Contemporary brown roan-backed boards, smooth gilt spine (extremities rubbed, particularly at corners).
