A rare work on the significance of the letters of the alphabet - mystical, musical, historical and alchemical. The book is full of puzzles, anagrams, ciphers, codes etc., and it has been the subject of scholarly study particularly relating to Bach’s music and whether he was influenced by this book.” (David Miles).
