Autograph sketch signed "John Lennon" and "Yoko Ono Lennon." Black pen on sketch paper, being a study for a final drawing which became lithograph number 59, "Two Virgins" from the Dakota Days series. The image is reminiscent and probably inspired by the photograph (also a self portrait) which appeared on the cover of 1969's "Two Virgins."
