Cotter (1947-2015) collected, compiled and published a listing of camera collectors throughout the United States, Canada, and various foreign countries highlighting their major collecting interests. Also included is a listing of photographic clubs and societies, publications and museums, as well as a price guide for collectable cameras, photographic apparatus and images. The directory, begun in the early 1970's, was the first effort to list and categorize camera collectors around the world and provide a means to contact each other. Listing in the NDCC was free and copies of the directory were offered for sale to collectors and others interested in collectible cameras and related material. Lot Amendments Condition: Near fine.
