Contemporary Austrian binding by the "Slatkonia-Master": half pigskin over wooden boards tooled in blind with rolls and tools (cf. Holter H4.8 and H4.14), brass catches, manuscript inscriptions on upper board, 'Plinius' on spine, titles lettered on fore-edges (clasps and straps missing, extremities lightly worn).
