A cased model of the freighter Columbia Star with red hull, having thirty-seven raised compartments along the top of the body, a crane at the stern with an American flag, the name of the ship painted in white lettering on either side of the bow and stern along with Oglebay Norton Company and its logo, mounted on a wood base with glass case, with metal plaque inscribed M/V COLUMBIA STAR / OGLEBAY NORTON COMPANY and Model Shipwright: Joseph Volanski and detailing specifications; (case) ht. 17, lg. 77, dp. 15 in.
