'EVITA' , SECOND DRAFT SCRIPT 1982: Director of Photography, Douglas Slocombe's early film script, 79pp. mimeographed typescript, without card covers, front title page reads 'Evita, Music Andrew Lloyd Webber, Lyrics Tim Rice, Screenplay Ken Russell based on a treatment by Ken Russell Tim Rice, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Second Draft screenplay (Revised) 10th June, 1982', 30cm x 21.5cm. * this very early draft script precedes the later version of the film directed by Alan Parker released in 1996. * Paramount Pictures acquired the film rights, May,1991, but following casting issues, Ken Russell left the project telling Producer Robert Stigwood he would not do the film without Liza Minnelli.
