River Landscape, possibly Devon, pencil with grey and pale brown wash on paper, laid onto thin card, showing a figure in a fishing boat, horses grazing by the edge of the river, a rocky gorge beyond, sheet size 21.5 x 27.5 cm (8 1/2 x 10 3/4 ins), window-mounted (41 x 49 cm), together with Pyne (James Baker 1800-1870). Studies of Broken Classical Columns, pencil on wove paper, with artist's name and dates to verso in red pencil, sheet size 36.5 x 52 cm (14 3/8 x 20 1/2 ins), plus Attributed to Peter De Wint (1784-1849).
