Of the two untitled maps in the present volume, one shows shows the west coast of America from 20º to 60º NL to illustrate Maurelle's voyage of 1775. The other shows part of the North Pacific from 50º to 61½ º NL and 20º to 65º east of Ochotsk to illustrate the article on Zaikov's voyage. The Aleutians and Fox islands, part of Siberia and Alaska are shown. Routes of several voyages are indicated by dotted lines. Several anchorages of Captain Cook are located.
