FIRST EDITION of Origen's rare homiletic commentaries on Pentateuch and the Book of Judges, in a contemporary binding together with Aquinas's commentary on St John's gospel, and Origen on St Paul’s letter to the Romans. The large Aldine device appears for the first time in Origen's homilies.
